Ooh La La Confectionery offers four shipping options: 

Free Shipping 

For delivery within Gauteng, orders over R1000 qualify for Free Shipping.
For delivery anywhere else in South Africa, orders over R1500 qualify for Free Shipping.

Local Pickup 

If you are in the area, you are welcome to come and collect your order from us, free of charge!

Standard shipping

Standard delivery fees, as defined by our courier, apply to all orders under R1000*
Deliveries will take 7-10 working days.
No weekend deliveries.
Of course, if you spend over R1000* on your order, shipping is free.
* For orders within Gauteng Standard shipping applies for all orders under R1000.
* For all orders outside of Gauteng standard shipping applies for all orders under R1500.

Priority Shipping

If you need your delivery as quickly as possible, then this is the best option for you!

Orders within Gauteng:

  • If you place your order before 11am between Monday and Thursday, we can have your delivery at your door the next working day.

  • If an order is made later than 11am, your delivery will only leave Ooh la la the following working day.

Orders outside of Gauteng:

  • If you place your order before 11am between Monday and Thursday, we can have your delivery at your door within 1 - 2 business days.

Please note: This delivery option is an additional fee. Even if you qualify for free shipping, you will need to pay extra for Priority Shipping.
No weekend deliveries 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be given in full for only the following reasons:

  1. Damaged goods
  2. Undelivered goods

Damaged goods will be refunded in full, if adequate proof of damage is provided to info@oohlalaconfectionery.com
Adequate proof includes: clear photographic evidence and description of damaged product.

Undelivered goods will be credited to your account, to the value of the undelivered product/s. This credit can be accessed automatically at checkout.
